Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use RealtiFlow. The service is operated under the name RealtiFlow, and you can write to us at realtiflow.app@gmail.com. By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. What the service does
RealtiFlow reads the WhatsApp groups you choose to connect, extracts the property details from the messages posted there, and keeps them in a searchable database you can filter, export and share with your team. It also sends you a daily summary by email.
RealtiFlow reads messages and organises them. It does not verify any listing, does not contact sellers on your behalf, and is not a party to any deal you make.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the service. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for what the people you invite to your account do with it.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must use the service for business purposes.
3. The groups you connect
Only connect groups you are entitled to monitor. When you add a group, you confirm that you are a member of it and that you have the right to have its messages processed and stored by a third-party service. This includes any rules the group itself sets.
If someone's message is processed because of a group you connected and they object, we will act on a reasonable removal request, and you agree to help us identify the message.
Messages posted by other people in those groups remain theirs. We do not claim ownership of them, and neither do you.
4. Your data
The listings in your account belong to you. You can export them yourself at any time: the Export Excel button in Settings downloads them immediately, with no request to us. To delete your account and the listings stored under it, write to realtiflow.app@gmail.com and we will do it within 30 days. What we store, for how long, and who processes it is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans and payment
Plans are agreed by quote: the price, what it includes and how it is invoiced are in the quote we send you. Nothing is charged inside the application. When a payment window ends, capture stops; five days later the WhatsApp connection is removed. Your stored listings remain readable and exportable.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. WhatsApp, the AI provider and the hosting provider can fail or change their services independently of us. Features may change; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to build a database of people for spam.
- Do not attempt to access another customer's data, to bypass the login, or to overload the service.
- Do not resell the service as your own without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will say why.
8. Limits of liability
The service is a tool for organising messages. A listing may be incomplete or wrong, because it comes from a message written by someone else and is read by an AI model; check anything that matters before you act on it. We are not liable for the decisions you take on the strength of a listing, for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Where the law does not allow a limit like this, this paragraph does not apply to that extent.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end the agreement if an account is not paid, or if these terms are broken. On ending, we delete your account and its listings within 30 days of your written request.

11. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the applicable law that applies to you and to us. Nothing in them removes a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded.
